Wow, quite awesome!! I like that one, and nice location too. Also not expensive for the size. How is it with noise, are there people living above that, or only offices/shops?

When do we have to decide? Are there more people interested in it?

p.s.: I've also been searching for stuff, but nothing that great, too "serious business-y", carpeted floors and surrounded by offices. Good job! I prefer this one by far :)
